Hey, im from a small town in the Welsh Valleys and i've been looking at airsoft for quite some time. Obviously for the first couple of times im going to rent my gear.

However i have a budget of around £600 to spend on a beginners kit really.

I was just wondering if anyone could help me put together a list of items to start off with and where to get them from? Any help would be much appricated!

Ok well you will need to get some games under your belt to become UKARA if you want a RIF unless you want to get a two tone gun! I am guessing you don't want two tone looking at your budget.

Once you have got a few games in you will have a better idea of the load out you are after. Ask the regs at your site loads of questions. Airsofters are a friendly bunch who are more than happy to share their experience with you. Loadout wise you will need some good boots that keep your feet dry. a good BDU (battle dress uniform) depending on the environment you game in woodland or urban. You will probably want a good quality assault vest to carry mags, hydration, pyro, secondary weapon etc.

Your load out will change and develop most people I know start with a south african assault vest then move on very quickly. All I will say is ask those you play with!
